Now spinning UFOs are not unheard of. I have seen hundreds of reports of UFOs spinning in loops, so don’t think it doest happen. When this person posted the video people left comments saying it was Venus, clouds, ect and even came to the conclusion it was his truck causing Venus to bounce around. Clearly they didn’t think this out or they would have noticed that when he was moving around, the from inside the truck to outside, it was still moving. And its focus was great, nothing out like telephone pole wires were shaking, instead the wires were steady and focused the whole time and so were the clouds, this means the UFO really was spinning in loops.
