Trump Releases Election Files Alleging Foreign Threats

In a national address on Thursday night, President Trump declassified troves of documents that he said proved serious vulnerabilities in American elections. The White House website published four batches of disclosures that China has stolen the voting records of 220 million Americans, that voting machines are vulnerable to outside hacks, that the intelligence community downplayed risks in 2020, and that 278,000 noncitizens are registered to vote.
