Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) discussed newly declassified COVID-related documents on Real America’s Voice’s “Bolling!” with host Eric Bolling. Johnson argued that Dr. Anthony Fauci, former presidential medical advisor and former director of NIAID, received a presidential pardon because he is criminally liable.
“Rand Paul has subpoenaed him,” Johnson told Bolling. “My guess is he’ll come in and plead the Fifth an awful lot. But again, with a pardon, he shouldn’t be able to get away with pleading the Fifth, but he’ll have some maneuver up his sleeve. We’re not going to get the truth out of Anthony Fauci, which is why we need documents, why we need to keep digging and keep uncovering and exposing his wrongdoing.”
You never let that go. You never let them get away with this stuff. But here’s the concern I have, sir, this week, Tulsa, within the last, I guess, 72 hours, Tulsa Gabbard, the outgoing DNI, Director of National Intelligence, has released some documents, newly declassified documents, I might add, that shows that everything that we were being, you and I and others, very few media people, but you certainly, were being called anti-science, were called, almost thrown out of Congress, or thrown out of our jobs, or not allowed to go into work, or social circles.
Turns out many of those things were true, including origins. The Wuhan origins were actually in the Wuhan lab. And that Fauci did support and did finance, through American taxpayer dollars, the gain-of-function research in another country, in a foreign country, that, frankly, would like to see us go down and did.
Sir, why in the world can we not remove Anthony Fauci’s blanket pardon that Joe Biden gave him? And why in hell did they give him a blanket pardon? That guy made more money than the President of the United States, and still does.
SEN. RON JOHNSON (R-WI): Because he’s a criminal, and he needed the pardon to cover up for everybody else that would commit crimes or showed utter corruption, not warning the American public that they knew of the safety signals with the injections. So, again, they’re all complicit in it. The media is complicit.
So, I think what’s most important about Anthony Fauci is we’ve got him pretty well dead to right. He evaded the gain-of-function moratorium put in place by President Obama, and funded labs all over the world, including Ukraine. Let’s face it, Hunter Biden invested in that native biota, and we can’t get any information. They sold it to another company and destroyed other documents. So, again, they’re very good at hiding evidence, and that’s what we’re running into right now. So, you pardon Anthony Fauci so he never has to testify.

BOLLING: Well, you know, a couple of years ago, a senior FDA official, they were showing 25 safety signals, which included sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, stroke, Bell’s palsy. The data analysts working on this, they were ordered to cease and desist, and the FDA officials lied to the public and said they weren’t seeing any safety signals.
Here’s the question. If thousands upon thousands of deaths occurred, likely linked right to some of these vaccinations, I’m not sure which ones, maybe all of them. It feels like murder to me, sir, especially if you’re going to say we don’t see anything here and people are dying and they continue to die after they said we don’t see any evidence in this. Why is that any different than a guy walking into a public school and shooting 50 students in a school? You’ve killed people, yet somehow they’re not being held accountable. How is this possible in this day and age?
JOHNSON: Because it’s done on behalf of government. And government protects itself, government protects the people that do its bidding, and so it is very difficult to really prosecute anybody, no matter how outrageous and how wrong and how criminal the behavior was —
BOLLING: I hate to cut off a U.S. Senator, especially one as held in esteem as you are, especially with me, but you got the House, you got the Senate, you got the White House. They don’t have anywhere to go with this. Why are we not perp-walking some of these people who literally may have murdered thousands, if not millions, of Americans?
JOHNSON: Well, you understand, in our conference, the chair of the health committee barely brought himself to confirm Bobby Kennedy, because he’s definitely part of the pro-vaccine crowd, the vaccine-I’m-in crowd. So there aren’t many vaccine skeptics in the Senate. I’m one of the few, but I’m probably one of the few who’s actually read a lot about this and have become a vaccine skeptic, certainly a COVID injection skeptic.
But, again, so many members of Congress, they also cut videos. They also encouraged their constituents to get the jab. So just like doctors, just like federal health officials, just like the news media, just like big pharma, nobody wants to admit that something they pushed or mandated or encouraged people to get killed them or permanently disabled them.
So, no, there’s-
BOLLING: What about new evidence? Tulsi Gabbard released some declassified documents that prove a lot of things that we’ve been talking about for six years, you and I, and that those things that we’re talking about aren’t anti-science or actually may have killed people. So how doesn’t that-like a congressperson or a senator can say, well, we didn’t have the information. You can’t-they can’t say that the FDA didn’t have it.
They can’t say that some NIH didn’t have it. Some of the other doctors that testified that it was safe when they changed their mind after they were getting funding. You and I know who we’re talking about.
JOHNSON: Now, Eric, first of all, you cannot frustrate me on this. I mean, you can’t, okay? But, again, I’ll go back to the fact that because the legacy media hasn’t reported on these things, my report, by and large, what Tulsi Gabbard revealed, that they’re just not treating this news so it’s not news.
So there’s not enough of the American public putting pressure on their elected representatives to expose the truth, to hold those accountable. So, again, we’re making progress, though. I mean, we are making progress.
So I’ll just keep diligently uncovering things, keep revealing them, exposing them. The good news is even though the, you know, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today wouldn’t take my 800-word op-ed on my 38-page report, X did. So I self-published on X.

How about the people he destroyed, too? People’s lives, families. I mean, I just can’t stand to see this guy plead the fifth with so many people that were adversely affected by all the calls that he was making and then to hold him up in some sort of esteem on the cover of magazines, pardons, presidential pardons.
The guy makes 400 grand a year in pension after he leaves. How much you get? You’re not getting that, are you, Senator?
I’m not. Are you?
JOHNSON: No. And again, millions died because of his gain-of-function research and the creation of coronavirus. Millions died. I don’t know how many died from the injection.
