This is a UFO with a cloak that disguises it as a cloud. The shape of the UFO is unique in that its a barbell shape and that its standing on end. Although the video is short, the eyewitness said the duration of the event lasted 30 minutes. That means a few things…the UFO wanted to be seen, waited to be seen and measured and researched through telepathy what the person is feeling, seeing, thinking when a UFO is seen and does fear or confusion last the 30 minutes or does it dissipate and become replaced with curiosity? This is what real sightings are like.

Eyewitness states:
Aura or haze around object
Stood out on my deck and saw this object hovering above my town. Sparkling and hard to track, but obviously not a commercial aircraft
I was standing outside on my deck and saw this object shimmering. It hovers and does not make a sound. It is moving northeast. Other neighbors confirm seeing it. We are trying to figure out if it is a weather balloon or a craft. It moves like a jellyfish.
