This person has a great eye for detail as they noticed small lights in the distance over Osaka skyline. The lights move about, but as they get closer to each other they light up brightly, then as they move away from each other they turn off the lights. Such behavior is unheard of for planes or helicopters and the close proximity of one another is too dangerous for aircraft. However UFOs often display this kind of behavior to keep track and even communicate through light pulses to each other. With President Trump about to release a large amount of UFO files…aliens know and they are excited, allowing others to see them more often now.
