Mike Davis: ActBlue Is A Money Laundering Organization For Foreign Donations Into Democrat Campaigns | Video

“War Room” host Steve Bannon and Article III Project’s Mike Davis discussed allegations that the largest Democratic fundraising group, ActBlue, weakened donor verification safeguards and misled Congress about its anti-fraud measures.

STEVE BANNON ‘WAR ROOM’ HOST: Wednesday, 10 June, Year of Our Lord 2026. Oh my Lord, what a beautiful cold open. It’s a beautiful thing.

I want to thank the boys in Denver, Real America’s Voice, and of course our own production staff here at the War Room. Mike, there’s so much going on today. We could have had 10 different opens on 10 different topics. We had to do this because it gets to the core rot of the progressive Democrats. That was absolutely and completely revolting. Sir, viceroy, your observations.

MIKE DAVIS, ARTICLE III PROJECT: ActBlue is one of the biggest donation machines for the Democrat Party. The allegations are that ActBlue intentionally got rid of its anti-fraud measures leading up to the 2024 election so it could accept illegal foreign donations through straw donors. Congress asked ActBlue about this, and its law firm, Covington & Burling, helped draft a letter and sent a letter to Congress saying what they supposedly did with these anti-fraud measures to make sure that this didn’t happen, to make sure we didn’t have foreign money pouring into our elections in 2024.

And ActBlue, according to these New York Times and other reports, lied to Congress. Here’s the question I have. What did Covington & Burling know, and when did it know it?

What involvement did Covington & Burling’s lawyers have with this allegedly intentional material misrepresentation to Congress? Did Covington & Burling lawyers do any due diligence before it helped draft this letter from ActBlue? It seems very odd that one of the supposedly best white shoe law firms in Washington DC helped facilitate this materially false misrepresentation to Congress before the 2024 election.

Covington & Burling is known as one of the Democrat firms, so what was their involvement in this?

BANNON: No, no, don’t bury the lede. Don’t bury the lead. Don’t bury the lead. It’s Eric Holder’s firm. He’s the white collar criminal division. Covington & Burling is an extension of the Democratic Party.

It is a powerhouse law firm in Washington DC, and they infest the Justice Department. This is what Todd [Blance] and the team over there have to dig out. These guys go from places like Covington & Burling and Kirkland & Ellis and other places into the federal government as deep inbeds.

Eric Holder ought to be asked this question. We ought to drag Eric Holder up there because you know Holder had to oversee this. He might not have been the partner in charge, but the partners in charge of this account report directly to Eric Holder and guys like Eric Holder, correct?

DAVIS: Yeah, and remember there’s the crime fraud exception to attorney-client privilege. If your attorneys are assisting you in committing a crime, you don’t have attorney-client privilege. So what needs to happen, I think, is these House Republicans need to call in the lawyers, the legal team from Covington & Burling, and put them under oath and ask them what was their knowledge of this alleged lie that ActBlue was making to Congress.

ActBlue knew it was lying, according to this New York Times report, and they lied and they let that lie continue for over a year, right? And so it’s very clear that ActBlue is a money laundering organization for foreign donations into Democrat campaigns, right?

BANNON: What did Covington & Burling know and when did it know it? When did they know it? Okay, if you remember, let’s go back and connect some dots.

Mike, I’d like to hold you through the break just briefly. If you go back and connect dots, this is the big expose that James O’Keefe had a year or so ago when they had the names of the donors and they walked up for ActBlue and they knocked on the door and some 80-year-old goes, said, hey, you’ve made 99 contributions to ActBlue up to like $15,000. And you can tell the guy’s probably not getting $15,000 a year from Social Security to live.

And they go, what are you talking about? And it’s name after name after name. This is what a professional money laundering operation looks like.

You got basic citizens on these phony invoices and you’re taking money by the truckload from foreign donors. Isn’t that the scam? And Covington & Burling is in the middle of it.

They’re helping structure this and overseeing the operation, sir.

DAVIS: If I were the lawyers at Covington & Burling on this case, I would lawyer up because this looks really, really bad. At a minimum, there is gross negligence here with Covington & Burling allowing ActBlue to send this intentionally false letter to Congress, according to the New York Times. And then they waited a year for ActBlue to come out with this New York Times leak to say that this was false.

Maybe they knew that investigators were on their tail. So they went to friendly reporters at the New York Times to front load this. So it had less of a sting before it came out. But I hope that the Justice Department moves aggressively to call in Covington & Burling attorneys on this.
